Pros

I appreciate the tremendous flexibility in scheduling with Cambly. I work part-time to supplement my pension. Cambly allows me to schedule as often or as little as I want. The great majority of my calls have been very positive. I enjoy interacting with students from around the globe. You can work with children or adults. I do both and appreciate the diversity of interactions.

Cons

While the salary is lower than many online companies, the flexibility compensates for the lower salary. That being said, I work for US$2.95 per hour more than minimum wage in my state. I have not had technical issues often, although some folks do.

* Amazing job if you want to travel or live in a non english speaking country or in a state that it's minimum wage is lower than $10 dl *You choose your own schedule *You earn what you want *Personal growth (also in a professional way, but not within the company) *You meet awesome people from around the world *You get paid every week

*Its not the job for everyone *The pay could be low, medium or high, depending on your location *No job security unless you are good at your job lol * No benefits *No growing opportunities

Very flexible and easy to understand platform!!! Salary is regularly given! Most of the students are kind and friendly. You constantly learn many things just by chatting with them!!!
