      Pros

      The flexibility that Cambly offers is great. It allows me to plan my days ahead of time and it allows me to modify my schedule within 12 hours without penalty. Cambly has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I am very pleased with Cambly.

      Cons

      sometimes there are power outages or internet problems which can become a problem if you are on priority hours. We get penalized and there is not much we can do about it. There are times when you do not receive many calls which can affect your payment.

      Low Stress

      Pros

      Working for this company is definitely low stress. I have been a teacher in front of a classroom for 30 or more students for the last 11 years. The difference between Cambly and being a classroom teacher is a hundred times less stress. I worked for a large school district with major demands. These demands included a classroom of students with different needs and personalities not to mention discipinary issues and lesson plans. The wonderful thing about Cambly is that I can focus on one person at a time with needs I am able to fulfill easily. Also, I love being able to work whenever I need to without following a schedule that is hectic, or if i am sick it allows me to rest and continue work when I am feeling better.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but I don't mind considering it helps me improve my skills as a teacher.

      Pros

      Flexible times to work. Friendly and considerate company. This has been my favourite company to work for by far. They are lenient if you mistakenly miss an hour or two, they are friendly and always willing to help.

      Cannot think of any cons regarding Cambly.
