Pros

If you have good ratings then you will get many calls whilst on priority hours

Cons

Get released from priority hours if you a missed a call which could possible not be your fault.

Pros

Work from home or remotely anywhere in the world that’s quiet. Getting paid in US dollars which is somewhat useful. Pay every Monday. Meeting interesting people from around the world.

Cons

No chance whatsoever to advance. Pay is never consistent because you don’t get paid per hour but rather per minute .17 cents for every minute you speak with students. Giving your all, working hard, or consistently giving great classes doesn’t offer any rewards except a useless rating system.

Pros

I enjoy the flexibility of being able to teach at my own convenience without having to leave home. I also enjoy meeting people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not that great. Also, no guarantee of full hour pay during priority hour. It depends on how many calls are received as well as the duration of the call.
