      Pros

      Friendly management, always willing to help. The flexibility is an added bonus. User friendly platform and different systems to work, to suit your needs.

      Cons

      Salary is slightly low, but still manageable.

      Pros

      The quality of students is great. I’ve met many interesting people who want to improve their English. Cambly provides the students so tutors can just focus on teaching. Most lessons are conversational but I do have to prep for long term students who want more exercises. Great flexibility to work any hours you want.

      Cons

      The pay is dismal, below minimum wage in the US, they don’t care if tutors have legitimate connection problems, it’s always our fault. Too many free trial students who are not serious about learning and waste tutors’ time.
