Easy to join, instant start, set your own hours

Cons

Dodgy male students, random hang ups, Cambly micromanage their teachers and can fire you for no reason then lie about it

They pay weekly and the time slots are 24 hours a day

Cons

Poor management and does not keep the tutor safe from people who do not want to learn English at all. I get people who is profanity students are usually very angry and blame tutors for their lack of willingness to put in the effort to learn a new language. I always ask the students how I may help them. But even if I do exactly what they want they typically give bad reviews because they were unsatisfied. Which makes absolutely no sense because they are in control they choose what they get to do during the lesson.
