Pros

Developing a roster of great students is possible. Initially, you'll meet many students: some serious, some just curious, and some goofing around with the free minutes offer. Once you encounter a great student, quickly negotiate a regular meeting time with them. This makes tutoring a fantastic experience for both of you. You can tutor any time of day or night, but I recommend creating a schedule. I've met wonderful people working to improve English for their careers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the free minutes attract teens and some adults who will waste your time or do something rude. Once you develop a list of regulars, you won't have to search through the list of potential students who may not be serious. The same low pay has been offered for many years.
