The pay... Can we at least make 15 an hour? Maybe like 7.50 per 30 min call?

For the amount of promotion that has been going on for Kimberly for the past several months I do feel that the online English tutors that work for this company need better pay. Some of the adults students are very unprofessional if they don't like the way that you look or if they don't like the way that you teach they will hang up on you and get a hold of a specialist to complain about what you're wearing or if you're not wearing any makeup. You also have quality control telling you that you need to wear super bright colors, you need to be more energetic at 4:00 in the morning, the Kimberly system has been running extremely slow or sometimes it disconnects you from the student and it tells you 502 irrigate way. The system has been having this problem for the past month and has not been fixed but instead of fixing this situation management is blaming cambly online English tutors for this problem. I feel for the amount of hours that a lot of English tutors work on this platform that the pay needs to at least be bumped up to $3 more for the customer service that we go through with some of these students.
