      PAY - I have been on the platform for three years and held a great rating....yet at times I get a message that I missed a call - even though I am teaching on the platform at the time! It is your fault no matter what - no listening or checking. Looking to move...unfortunately. They seemingly do not care to retain tutors...just pass through new ones...students sometimes do NOT understand the rating system ( I have discussed it with some of them), yet Cambly will NOT tell you what you need to improve on or share any of the comments from students...surprising they do not wish to keep reliable good rated tutores. Students can book and just not p and not show up...you get Very little for the time.
