      Pros

      Decision makers listen to tutors concerns and try to accommodate us where possible. They are always improving the curriculum and the system.

      Cons

      The hourly rate has been the same for years.

      Pros

      I can choose as many hours as I like whenever I like and often get fully booked on cambly kids. If students don't turn up you get paid for the 10 minute wait and dont need to wait longer

      Cons

      You can't rely on your availability getting fully booked or students always turning up, but it is usually busy. The wage is quite low and if students dont stay the full lesson or dont turn up you won't get as much as planned
