      Pros

      I have been able to learn a lot about architecture since I have been here. Office culture is good and is getting better. Benefits have improved over the years. Work-life balance is improving, however, when there are deadlines, the balance goes away.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges are making sure the right staff is hired with the right skillsets. Sometimes companies hire warm bodies, and that is not always a good thing.

      typical corporate benefit package; relatively stable; making money in international market especially in China and southeast Asia; depending on team, the individual may get good chance to take important responsibility

      Cons

      pays little; annual raise is not based on performance but averaged out throughout the corporate; stressful work; senior management doesn't seem to care about employees' voice; the work environment in LA office can be improved; parking is super expensive and the office doesn't provide any support
