      Pros

      Plentiful resources and great networking resources with Fortune 500 companies. Nice company office stocked with La Croix.

      Cons

      It is surprising that clients retain services when they cost a premium with lower quality of work. There is very poor employee culture and high turnover since people of talent stay for very short periods of time. This company does not allow for growth with office politics dominating all aspects of life.

      Pros

      Stable company if you are good at your job and don't want to be bothered with challenging work.

      Cons

      A place where connections and talking the right talk will move you up the ladder. Most of the emplyees do the bare minimum while a hand full actually do 90% of the work and get nothing more in return. This includes senior staff that in some cases barely know how to type an email. Also the office has no actual projects to be proud in terms of design of as most of the projects are meaningless repeat work.
