      If you want stable but just okay paycheck then go

      Pros

      very stable company for graphic designer not too crazily busy it's architecture company, so you don't have to do anything important

      Cons

      people undervalue you because your job is not as important as others like interior designer or architects, and they don't really appreciate your work you get to do a wide range of different works including printing to motion graphic(if you can) also you don't get to have an opportunity for design skill growth

      Great benefits and flexibility. Interesting project types.

      Cons

      Felt a bit siloed and difficult to break into a different sector if you have the desire. They had a lot of company changes when I worked there in regard to their ownership which took a lot of time and a feeling of stability from employees.
