      Pros

      Still have lots of colleagues I consider friends. Well managed for the most part. Design quality and design thinking is improving steadily.

      Cons

      Design quality is improving, but still behind the firms that should really be peers in terms of quality of thinking. Still some unreformed old guard around.

      Great training and facilities, up to date software, great benefits. Great projects to work on.

      Cons

      Absolutly Horrible Bosses. Abusive and insulting, was constantly talked down to. Vice president level bosses lead with an air of arrogance and superiority. Cold demeanor to the work place.
