Pros
This is a great company to work for but there are gotchas. Ask a lot of questions about the environment before you sign on.
Cons
I.T. has its fair share of turnovers because the job descriptions are poorly written. Their goal is to hire someone with experience using several technology tools ( e.g. they need a SharePoint Developer and Architect who also does custom Word Press development and Drupal AND understand Architecture) underpay them and expect them to work 70 -80 hours a week. It is difficult to work with Marketing Folks in DC as they wont communicate with you on projects. Its a dog eat dog environment and new folks don't get a chance.
