Got experience managing a small team, I had to use Chinese as main language when it ya already my 3rd language

Cons

The team structure and leadership are very different from one team to another, and when some problems appear they are only left as is, instance some people are very rather allegedly unprofessional and are yet rewarded by promotions where other more focused on doing a good job are not taken as seriously as the first kind of person

The people there are terrific. Hard working, collaborative (mostly) and devoted to doing quality design.

Cons

Despite their stated intentions, the company leadership does not value good design. Twenty+ years have past without an office update that would begin to place the company alongside competitors that walk their talk. The physical appearance matches the company structure - hierarchical, bureaucratic and slow to respond.
