      Pros

      Good benefits, longer PTO compared to other similar companies, get the opportunity to design and follow up your project consistently, more or less, but still, for a large firm like this you need to switch around projects.

      Cons

      Not innovative enough in terms of design, though the corporate level pushes so. Cost driven, profit driven, few projects could make you really proud as being an architect. Low pay, even consider the longer PTO, if I convert the extra PTO into value based on RTKL standard, my salary is still way lower than other firms in market.

      Good place to start, bad place to stay

      Pros

      Depending on your department you can get some great coworkers. Good office location, generally good hours, and a lot of resources for people just starting out. Some seriously smart and talented people work there and everyone is generally friendly.

      Cons

      Once you are done starting out its not worth it to stay. There is no clear path for growth or salary increases, and honestly the internal system seems set up to obscure any path for growth. You are just wanted for your labor and not to grow as a career.

      Pros

      Nice work environment, people and good benefits. Reasonable hours. You can learn a lot about project management, detailing and construction.

      Cons

      Divides staff into interior design and or CD production teams. Architect of record for almost every project. No opportunity to design.
