I had the opportunity to serve some of the most hard working, caring, and inspiring people I know. The company promotes a family culture and works hard to implement that at every level. There is amazing opportunities for those who want to work hard and to develop beyond the shop. The company works to engage the employees to keep everyone growing with the growth of the industry.

Cons

At this time I would say training and short staffed in some areas. The company is expanding quickly which results in some areas lacking in training which causes more work for others to take on.

As a 20 plus year Teammate.I have watched this company grow from its infancy to the Purpose driven organization that it is today. When you are part of Caliber you are doing more then fixing cars you are fixing lives. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching my Teammates Grow and develop.

Cons

You have to be driven and genuinely care about our Customers and Teammates to be successful. The Good news is we meet Teammates where they are at . That means it doesn’t matter where you start and what degree you do or don’t have you can succeed. It’s all about drive,passion and attitude

employee driven, Caliber takes care of all the team mates. It is like one big happy family. Our senior management is all about keeping the team satisfied. Everyone has a voice at weekly team engagement meetings. Our core values are we do the right thing, we are courageous, we are proud, we are inspired to serve and we have fun. It's not like a job its a reason to take care of our team and our customers!

Cons

to be honest I cant think of any. I love waking up each day so I can come work with my team
