Pros

Free breakfast on Fridays for corporate employees and employee discounts on services.

Cons

Does not treat their employees fairly and uses intimidation and retaliation tactics to get employees to comply. I complained about my boss’s behavior toward me two months ago and instead of dealing with just her, they bring both of us in to talk about both of our behaviors when the problem was her. Coincidentally, yesterday, I had a less than satisfactory experience at one of the centers when I brought my car in for repairs and stated that in a survey. So HR brought me for an interrogation that felt very unprofessional and inappropriate. I am filing an EEOC complaint for the treatment I received with the center situation because if I were a man, this wouldn’t have happened and talking to my lawyer about suing the company for retaliation. The car business gets a bad rep for treating women differently and this company seems to prove it. I feel they are using my experience at the center to retaliate against me for my initial complaint about my boss. Currently looking for a new job with a company that actually respects me and will not be giving notice WHEN I find one as no one here deserves that. If you are going to give me the less desirable assignments and projects that the coordinator should be doing, take no accountability for your behavior and interrogate me over a non HR issue, you get what you deserve.

It's not a company, it's a cult

Pros

If they serve your preferred flavor of Kool Aid, good for you.

Cons

All you ever hear about is the "Caliber Family" and what we do for eachother, and how much they care about us workers, but if you step out of line just a bit or think there's a better way to do something, they'll put you out on the street with no warning. They exploit workers. We had a literal child without a drivers license washing cars for us full-time. During covid, they laid off half of the hourly staff. Then the CEO's had a weekly video meeting and bragged about how we actually made profit the last quarter! Good for you, you utter scumbags.

Pros

Good Atmosphere, Great Staff, Store Level Management is excellent.

Cons

Refused to increase wage after promotion. Blamed on COVID-19, but new job duties began in December. Stated that I deserved it, but it was not possible at this time, although our sales only decreased slightly, and 3 people were laid off and all hourly employees hours were reduced. This caused the other employees to work double time to make up for lacking personnel. They also refused to grant time off for “lack of coverage” after they laid several people off, waiting until 1 week before and travel plans already made and paid for. Upsetting.
