Pros

Depends on the shop, but typically awesome coworkers and laid-back environment

Cons

10 hours per day (youre supposed to get an hour lunch but I rarely take it) One week of PTO...no sick time, no vacation, just one week for everything Health benefits are mediocre at best, good for North Carolina I guess

Pros

Good earning potential for people without a college education

Cons

On the job training is relegated to giving you a desk and turning you loose. Core Value’s are displayed everywhere but adhered to nowhere. Long hours, no concern for work/life balance.
