Pros

Full time hours and generally okay with overtime. WIll hire just about anyone from what I've seen. Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Generally disorganized. Upper management seems out of touch. Will spontaneously tell you you need to be at a different location. The techs completely run the show. Depending on the location you work at you can have an entirely different experience working there. Can be high stress.
