Bad managers Bad regional managers. Stupid way of getting parts, lazy, unknowledgable writers. Don't care if you make a decent pay check.

Pros

If you can prove your value vs others around you, you can get $$$, the company has grown to fast to quickly and has a lot of “bodies” in positions they’re not qualified for.

Cons

Lack of support. High turn over rate. Some very good and knowledgeable people, but less than more. Even within management you’ll find certain people have friends and look out for them.
