Pros

The co workers are all good people.

Cons

Upper management lies to your face to keep you on as an employee. If you are good in your position, get used to it. Parts is the most stressful position you can work. It is also the lowest paying management position. You will be lied to and told you are the highest paid parts person in the company. It took me a while to figure it out, but I finally got smart and left.
