Caliber Collision Center, Largest on the Planet!!!!
Pros
I was afraid to leave my previous company of 7 years to come to Caliber. Now that I have been here for almost 4 years, I never look back. It is the BEST decision I made because it is the BEST company to work for. This company really truly does keep their promises and does the right thing. I could not be prouder to wear the company logo. If you want to know more about why I am so proud to work for Caliber, just search YoutTube videos and see for yourself the many ways we give back to our local communities. They also invest a lot into their teammates by offering paid in full, transportation/hotel/meals, life-changing training that I have had the privilege to attend. Coming from a family that owns a collision repair business, I know what's it's like to work in a family environment and this company treats you like family, you matter, you are important and valued, not just another employee ID number.
Cons
The only Con that I can think of is not coming to Caliber sooner.
