Pros

I have been here since April of 2012 and we have experienced explosive growth. The environment is suited for high energy, focused, driven people that are passionate about career growth for themselves by making a difference with others. Caliber invests many resources in training and development to support individuals career opportunities. I see first hand on a regular basis the commitment of the senior leadership team to the investment in growing the people of the organization. The company starting at the senior leadership level truly lives the company Purpose of restoring people to the rhythm of their lives beginning with the internal customer. They are committed to exemplifying the company Core Values every day. I am truly proud to be a member of the Caliber Collision team.

Cons

There really are not any Cons to being on the Caliber team other than keeping up with the massive growth. The pace and effort it takes to maintain the growth is actually more of a positive because it challenges you to grow, however if you are not really into the fast paced, lean environment it may not be the best environment for you.

Pros

Where do I start... Training is always available at all levels within the shop. Leadership is great and supports those who want to put in the work to be successful. As a whole, this company cares about every employee that wants to be involved and be part of the team. Caliber invests more money and time into it's employees and culture, far above any company that I have ever worked for.

Cons

Can't think of any CONS that wouldn't come with any other company or position within this industry.

Pros

Best hands down. Great company, amazing staff, highly motivated and rewarded. The atmosphere is very intense and completely team oriented.

Cons

None to mention. With all of the support and respect we are shown there is really nothing derogatory that I have found since my hire date.
