Pros

Great Company, People truly care, growth focused both personal and professional, much opportunity to advance in many different fields of the business , reward for above average performance, A place you can develop roots and spend your career with truly helping others, as is the company's focus!

Cons

With fast growth comes people in need of development some times prior to the position they have and this can be hard on all, as well as good practices take time too develop. That said I have seen over a long period of time a constant focus turning towards "doing the right thing" more often than not.
