Pros

Location. Some great co workers.

Cons

They take over a business and promise things will be good or better, then they take away the overtime, ask you to do more then one job with no benefit, then the pandemic hit. They said you could use your accrued time, then fire you after 1 day. They said i was fired as my position was removed with the pandemic, BUT someone elses position was done away with and they got my job. So if you are a favorite you can keep your job. Also took 6 weeks to be paid my accrued time and they shorted me 2 days.

They offer several benefit packages and offer training.

Long hours, difficult to earn commissions, the Orlando market leadership is not operating the way the company requires or expects.
