Pros

Good schedule Good benefits Lots of potential for growth (should be)

Cons

Everything rolls downhill from corporate office. The company started off strong and I had high hopes, the moral was of the kind of place I wanted to work and potential make a career from. "Do the Right Thing". But employees who aren't as invested as others are catered to and given the raises they demand by threatening to quit. Those who actually are there for the right reasons are constantly over looked. Trying to expand more shops without investing in shops that currently need new or upgraded equipment. The stress from the RMs rolls down to the GMs which in turn make a stressful work environment. At several shops I've been to it's all the same. Nothing about the moral this company speaks of is being practiced. And it should start at corporate, but doesn't. It's very frustrating and it's crossed my mind on more than a few occasions it may be time to move on.
