Pros

Caliber is a great business, who truly cares about their employees. Yes, you will have some managers in the field who are not employee focused, but that is the same with every company. I feel overall the mission of the company is on track. Over the years they have continually increased the employee benefits. There is plenty of room for advancement if you put your name out there and go after it!

Cons

Your direct management really influences where you will go with this company. I have personally had a great experience with supportive and caring leaders, but I know others across the company who have struggled with management. Caliber does a good job to carefully select caring leaders - but you always have a few who will not meet the standards.
