Very Focused on Employee Positivity

Pros

Great people in management as well as fellow teammates. Coming to work motivates you as it is a charged and productive atmosphere, coupled with very trusting management who don't micromanage, giving a feeling of wanting to Excel. Also it seems as though there are great opportunities to promote within the company. I just started so I cannot say for sure but I do get that vibe.
