Pros

Good pay, and good benefits

Cons

In the Richmond VA. Area, the regional managers are very arrogants, they don't know what they doing, anything go wrong because of them, but they always blame to somebody else, also Caliber Collision Is not an equal employment opportunity shop.

Pros

They have decent medical benefits. Good training for painters.

Cons

They will tell you everything you want to hear and do almost none of it. Limited materials. Numbers are their priority so don't expect good workflow at the end of the month.
