Pros

Good Benefits and that's it

Cons

Sexual Harassment goes unchecked, lack of care or respect when harassment was noted to management including upper management, women do not get treated equally nor have equal chances of advancement, pay structure changed leaving hours worked vs commission being very unbalanced. Blatant lies and bullying from management and technicians.

Pros

Reasonable pay and steady work.

Cons

Poor equipment maintenance, repairs to equipment have to be approved above store level which isn't exactly an expidited process. Feels Tech pay is on a 60/35/5 percentage (job to paint/job built up/job delivered.) Don't like pay held when customers won't pick up car.
