Pros

The hours were stable at least.

Cons

Management was terrible, the regional managers played favorites and employees were overwhelmed all the time.

Pros

If you hustle good money can be made. They will pay for I car classes, but what shop doesn’t.

Cons

They want all their commissioned staff to be cut throat. The estimators, managers and techs get paid a percentage of their sales, you end up competing with your colleagues . If one customer gets upset and leaves bad review they don’t give you a bonus. Only 2 weeks vacation a year paid, and paid at a low wage guarantee. They are so desperate for staff, like receptionist and support staff like car wash people and custodial people, they will hire all the lowlifes. Half the staff can’t drive customers cars because of DUI convictions. Dealing with insurance adjusters. Absolutely everything you do is bean counted and out into spreadsheets. From sales, to how many phone calls you have made. Managers have a meeting
