Pros

Room for growth within company, benefits start day 1, 401K with employer match, ability to transfer locations

Cons

Constantly changing and attempting to fix things that don’t need to be “fixed”, has become more focused on money then employees, you can go above and beyond for the company and you’ll never see recognition or compensation for it.

Pros

Good equipment, steady work flow

Cons

Too much "knee jerk" reaction to changing market conditions. Taking more and more control away from the people that live and work in the area and know the market. "Do what you have to hit your numbers, but if you get caught I didn't tell you this". They take the fun out of everything. Food drive that used instill a sense of giving has now turned into a goal that is measured and held against you. If your "Team" doesn't want to participate then you are a bad leader .
