They have good equipment.and nice office

Cons

they upset everyones life in search for profit If you dont like it then to bad for you They use as many used parts as possible . anything from China is good tooThey promised the world until after they get in then want to change everything to their way.I think its time their employees should start talking UNION They are big and getting bigger and will soon be able crush their workers into anything.

As a JOB, not a career, it's dependable.

Cons

Everything in the other CSR post. They hit it spot on. I especially hate that everyday my work load increases and feeling so unappreciated. Ol' boys club (even with the women) with no room for growth unless you want to travel. It IS already the Walmart of repair shops. And Walmart only pays 2 dollars less to their cashiers than what my position pays.

401 k decent benefits, chance for advancement if you like to travel. Plenty of management support.

Cons

Bad management your just a number to them. Bad wages not very competitive. If you dont like to be micro managed, stay far away from this co.
