Pros

If you have a good team of technicians and writers, and there’s clear communication you’ll be fine.

Cons

Your experience heavily depends on your regional manager’s management style. The shop managers don’t have as much influence as you would think.

Pros

This was hands down the best place I EVER worked. They understood work life balance, the job was fun, but hard and you could work without corporate down your throat.

Cons

I worked there long enough to see the change from the public sale of the company. It turned from supporting the employees and seeing them as humans - to as soon as corporates greedy hands got a hold they tightened the rope making it way more difficult than it needed to be. My GM was a God send. Upper, upper management is all about who you know. Also not sure why the CEO came from Pfizer. - but the greed tracks.
