Pros

You have a job HR is great and answers your questions promptly, on par with compensation for the industry

Cons

Lack of overall operational support You are just a number, The "training" is non-existent almost laughable they call it that You won't get very far unless you drink the Kool-aid and get a Caliber Tattoo (being sarcastic but am I?) Did I mention lack of support and training?

Pros

Fixed schedule. Weekly pay. Lots of resources if your a car person.

Cons

Terrible pay. Never a raise no matter how hard the work. High stress. Uncompetitive time off policy. Always blamed when things go wrong. Lots of yelling at poorly managed shops. Greed is rampant. Upper management with heads in the clouds and noses in a spreadsheet.

Pros

When I was there I felt confident that as long as I did my job, great client metrics, and provided excellent customer service that I would advance with company.... Not the case!

Cons

Just let go because of corona virus...so they said. They made promises that if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. Well two days later I reached out with questions about PTO time, life insurance contacts etc....couldn't even get a response back. The worst part is that I was a strong performer and CSC (hourly) was completely worthless was kept on. Its pretty bad when your GM even agrees with you and admits that he was kept on because he is friends with a higher up. Merit, integrity and honesty means nothing to these people!!!! Only who you know is what matters to them.
