Decent benifits has apprentices programs

Cons

Too many to name. Biggest downside is management only cares about numbers not the employee.

Pros

There are no pros anymore

Cons

Women have to work twice as hard and no support even though they have an “empower” group that says they support you. vp is ready to fire you without founding out what happened. buddy system for promotions, unfair pay. schedule is Monday- Friday but expect you to come in early, leave late. Come in on weekends to assist customers. Cannot go to management for problems
