Pros

Nothing, besides the fact they act like they really need you because they don't feel like going through the process of hiring someone new.

Cons

They have the most childish management. All the way up to district managers.

Very poor management

Pros

401k contributions, ability to move to new city's or states

Cons

Poor management, the manager lies to our district manager about things I do or say. I've asked for the HR contact info multiple times and have been told they will reach out to me but yet they never do. I sit around everyday with no new work while the other techs are given new jobs almost daily. They will get 2-3 new jobs then I will get 1. So work is not being handed out fairly.

Pros

- Immediate benefits There really aren't many pros about working at Caliber Collision. It's a poor place to work. Management is very unsupportive, they play favorites, and there's no room to advance or make anything of yourself unless you're in their clique

Cons

- High priced insurance - Long hours (10+ hour days) - No work life balance - Uneducated and deceitful management. Lies, false promises. - Too much work for very little pay. - Treating employees like numbers instead of people. - Immaturity in managers (my office manager would curse in front of customers, wiggle her butt on the technicians, and talk about her private romance life on the job) - Management pawns work off on everybody else. Refuses to do their own work.
