Our Core Values are We Do The Right Thing, We Are Inspired to Serve, We Are Courageous, We Are Proud, and We Have Fun. From my interview with the Chief Talent Officer, Senior Vice President of Talent Development, Director of Talent Acquisition, and the Director of Leadership Development, I knew this wasn't just some company. They care about each other. They care about me. I matter. I count. I affect the outcome. They have empowered me to Develop our Leadership and, in turn, our Leadership develops me. I love this family and am forever grateful for this opportunity called life. It is not a dress rehearsal.
