      Pros

      Good environment to work. It's a great team of people, friendly and cooperative. It belongs to one of the biggest holdings in Argentina.

      Cons

      It's a big company so sometimes is slow for changes. Considering it is a Telecommunications company it supposed to be quicker to adapt new technologies but it doesn't.
