Pay, as a store manager we are well.comoensated, benefits are good.

Cons

Pay, the salary has us locked in a d unable to go elsewhere and get a competitive rate. Lack of hours, store managers are forced to work more than their allotted hours because the company keeps the budget too low to allow us to have other staff in the store to get required tasks done and also be able.to care for our customers. Your DL can make or break your career.

-Provides otj training to receive technician certification - Works closely with you about your schedule

Cons

- I received a rapid hire offer for $16 an hour as a pharmacy technician. The store called me a store associate RX which has the same responsibility but is paid $13 an hour plus $1 each hour working in the pharmacy. Be careful. They will in actuality give you a lower salary than you deserve. - poor benefits

You can make your own schedule, but some restrictions. The pay isn't bad if you actually worked the required 45 hours. Satisfaction of helping people find a product.

Cons

Worked long hours because corporate would not give more hours due to self check out. So as the Store Manager be expected to be by yourself and get nothing done while your hours get reduced to nothing.
