Pros

The scheduled hours are very flexible. I had no trouble requesting days off and on. The benefits are good too.

Cons

Corporate demands more productivity while reducing labor. Many store managers are having to work 60+ hours a week to complete daily tasks.

Pros

Work flexibility and work from home option.

Cons

Terrible IT culture and Sr. Mgmt with many silo divisions with self serving objectives. No work life balance as you are expected to work as many hours to get the work done. This means nights, weekends, holidays, and vacation.

Pros

At this point nothing at all

Cons

Everything. So Merlo buys a 70 billion dollar company...as employees, our healthcare premiums are going up, payroll is being cut, metrics are being raised, store manager bonuses trickling away, increases are non existent, staff is over worked.... all I have to say. Won't be with CVS much longer. If you have a family stay well away from CVS. There is no regard for PTO. Calls, emails and texts do not stop while on vacation. You basically belong to your store and CVS.
