Not bad benefits, great vision insurance! Employee discount is not too bad if you're smart with coupons. You get to meet new people and make new connections.

Cons

Favors shareholders over employees well-being and consumer health. Claims they care about employees' safety but ended up cutting security at most locations. Horrible work-life balance, hard to have a day off without being called or texted regarding work.
