Pros

PTO, UTO, Holiday time, fairly flexible

Cons

A lot of work (not necessarily the worst thing if you like staying busy), nobody is happy (it’s healthcare, there’s a reason they are calling), management could be the best you have or be the reason you quit (and here we are). Between management the metrics are not consistent, so from one side it would be a lot simpler to actually move up on the other end of the spectrum they will block all your benefits or even applications to other departments. And for what CVS stands for, everything CHANGES VERY SUDDENLY. I personally knew about a supervisor that had pushed others to quit and well I drew the short stick when they decided to move me. You will not be informed of issues, you’re supposed to get a coaching first but they could just skip all that and place you half way out of the door. Prepare to be yelled at most of the day, come out with migraines and spend monthly on ibuprofen or advil for the headache. Also as a side note, if you’re starting from one department and want to move to another, make sure you’re 100% on everything.
