Pros

large chain with transfer options to other locations. You can work overnight shifts, holidays and weekends if you need to be home during the week with kids, etc.

Cons

The salary and benefits are decent. Medical coverage is sufficient.

Cons

The work hours and schedules can be difficult. They are usually short staffed and require you to work long shifts.

Pros

CVS is decent with allowing personal time when working. People in the home office are nice for the most part. Benefits are pretty good for medical and dental.

Cons

There is a lack of communication between departments. Especially for new people, they just kind of throw you out there and don't provide any guidance. You would think that they would want to help out new people, but I don't think so. The communication with the field needs to improve and guidelines need to be set. There are too many different standards which inhibit people from doing their job correctly. Hopefully this will change
