Pros
There is no reason to work as a retail pharmacist for CVS unless you really need the money and are willing to put up with daily migraines.
Cons
No bathroom or lunch breaks, not enough technician help, angry customers, long hours, no appreciation and barely any opportunity for advancement unless you want a horrible job as a supervisor. I think the job gets worse the higher you advance but a normal pharmacist would not have the chance to move up anyway unless you kissed up.
