Pros

none, well it is a job and this day in time, that is a definite positive. The poisition is secure as long as you work long hard hours and can tolerate nothing but negatives

Cons

12 hour days, constant asking for more from management , ie real management, not the local store management. Asking for more results from managment and giving you less to get the job done. It is all about the bottom dollar. Very short sighted, give staff the appreciation and support and the staff will bust their backsides to help the company

Pros

The company is performing very well, in spite of the current economic climate. I have no concerns that the company will fail.

Cons

No work/life balance. Egomaniacal district manager allowed to run amuck. SSS customer survey that is a joke, to say the least - only way to get a good score is to cheat!

No matter how incompetent, unethical, narcissistic or undeserving you are, if you kiss up to the right people, doors will open.

Cons

Hard work, honesty, intelligence and ethics are not a factor in being promoted. There is absolutely no recognition of who is really doing the work and who can solve problems.
