- Decent pay for rank & file workers. - Good systems in place to handle heavy customer traffic - Plenty of parking

Cons

- Drafted reset plans are not matched to the store size. - Deliveries are received in totes stacked 10' high wrapped in plastic. Very hazardous unloading these from the truck. - Employees are directed to finish operational tasks over serving consumers. This makes for disgruntled customers & high levels of theft.

Pros

With my store at least I'm friends with just about everyone and we are able to have fun at work while still getting the job done, and done well.

Cons

The pay has become a bit of a problem for me due to the fact that people are starting to leave because of it and that is caussing me to question my own compensation. I havent had a raise in almost two and a half years and from what research I have done, the other photo techs and me are making less than the average pay for a photo tech.
