Your work can be fun or be hell depending on your store manager, You can be paid unfairly, and have newhires come in with less experience and get paid almost as much or even more than you after you've been with the company a number of years. (working there 9 years solid, i saw this happen sooo many times) the company gives you guidlelines on how you can take care of customers, but you could be scolded for doing the right thing. if a customer calls corporate on you for doing what the company wants, corporate will bend over backwards for the customer and you can wind up apologizing for doing what they told you.
