over worked - stressed - not enough help - corporate only cares about the bottem line not their employees - pharmacists are made to work incredibly long hours with no breaks or sufficient back up - often told to do things against their better judgement - corporate does not back up their employees when abused by customers and told to deal with it . worse company to work for!!!!! 1% raises - no christmas bonuses - told co. doesn't have the money to give decent raises - but have you seen corporates salary and bonuses

CVS focus is not on their stores anymore. There is too many "upper management" finding more work to do for an already overloaded staff, cutting hours so all the stores are completely understaffed and it goes without saying, "underpaid". At store level, the work that is expected is physically unbearable if the stores are to be kept attractive and customer service is to be done correctly.
